Groupthink. Groupthink is defined as the result of interrelation between cohesive groups due to the group's boundaries, norms and conformity. There are eight implied symptoms that make up groupthink; invulnerability, rationale, morality, stereotypes, pressure, self-censorship, unanimity, and mindguards, all which share similar motives.
